Thank you, but come-on, there isn't an intermittent issues with the car, the problem is consistent and has been there since day one and has never been remedied by Ford Service. By the grace of god I purchased the extended warranty and despite having your repair team diagnose and repair the known recall issue, the problem still exists. I'm sure they did their best and it isn't the quality of there work that is in question. The car still cannot sit for more than a few weeks without discharging the battery. This Ford C-max Energi plug-in hybrid from 2013 is a bad lemon. Bad engineering results in a persistent headache to the customer. We both know the only real fix is to have it on a battery maintainer, so yet it requires another plug-in. I guess when they were selling a plug-in, they really took their job seriously and now I have twice the plug-in I had originally, too funny. Should I now go into how Ford reduced their MPG figures/range on this C-Max Energi and provided me a compensation check? Oh yea, Not only did I get a lemon, they originally misrepresented the gas mileage and had to compensate customers.
