Was having a problem with car starting, had the battery checked at Walmart they said the battery was good. Heritage said the battery was bad and charged $150 to tell me it was bad. I have an extended warra checked at Walmart they said the battery was good. Heritage said the battery was bad and charged $150 to tell me it was bad. I have an extended warranty policy and thought the diagnostic of the check engine light that was on would have covered that cost. Nathan Scott said it was not covered and I had to pay the fee. No pleased at all with the charge! More

I love this dealership and I know that they are busy, but they need better communication between the phone screener and the actual service department. I had called stating I Needed someone to diagnose a poss they need better communication between the phone screener and the actual service department. I had called stating I Needed someone to diagnose a possible warranty issue. I was told to bring in my car, drop it off and they'd look at it. When I arrived I was told it was at least a 48 hr wait for diagnostics. I would have liked to have known that info when I called. I also had to request info on a loaner car. If that's a service that's provided, please tell the customer. Overall I love these guys, just a few blips I would have appreciated knowing upfront. More
