I live almost an hour away and my car had died a few days before. I was interested in purchasing a car but they didn’t know whether I would or not. They said we’ll send someone to come and get you. First thing the next morning my ride was outside my door. Keane was very accommodating and pleasant. He walked me in and handed me off to Erin without a wait. She greeted me with a smile and took me out to test drive the car I was interested in. She was very informative and asked all the right questions. She didn’t try to sell me. She simply informed me about the car and its benefits. I decided I wanted to buy. Erin handed me off to Mike in Financing. She helped me explain to Mike what my personal needs were and together we came away with a deal that is still keeping a smile on my face.
