When new cars were scarce in the summer of 2022, I bought my car from a dealer farther from home because I found it available there. Almost a year later, I contacted nearby Heritage and discussed the situation with Mr. Bill Middleton, the service manager, and he welcomed me and helped me arrange to bring it in, and they were absolutely wonderful to me.. Both Mr. Middleton and Lisa, the service representative, were just great and I'm grateful to be one of their customers now. More
