The vehicle I wanted wasn't available when I first inquired, and Neal continued to follow up with me with updates on the timeline. Where other dealers consistently gave me the bait and switch, Neal was always straight with me about supply chain delays and never tried to coerce me into a different vehicle. Moreover, while every other salesperson I spoke with claimed they could only talk financials in person, Neil was willing to provide cost breakdowns for both lease and financing options via email.
