My experience at Heritage was above average. Neal was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable ,patient( cause I had a lot of questions) .He worked hard to get me a car ASAP, which he did. Customer service was exceptional! Our experience started by sending an inquiry from the website, and chose that I prefer to contacted via text. The next morning, I received a text from Ed who answered my nu by sending an inquiry from the website, and chose that I prefer to contacted via text. The next morning, I received a text from Ed who answered my numerous questions and set me up with an appointment. When we arrived, our sales rep Joe was pulling the car forward and very quickly after we were on a test drive. We went back to the dealership and said we would like to buy it. It was the easiest and most fun purchase experience I’ve ever had, from Ed to Joe and then to TJ in finance- no pressure and every person we interacted with were kind and just plain happy. Tek and the people at Heritage were amazing. I was deployed overseas and would need a vehicle when I returned. Through email, text and facetime Tek made it happen. Keith is absolutely amazing. He dealt with me for about a month while I changed my mind and tried to figure out what I wanted. We test drove many different cars and ran numbers probably 20 times 😬.
