After doing a lot of shopping for a new Toyota in the area, and dealing with a lot of the dealerships in the Northeast (Northway Toyota in Latham NY, and then Handy Toyota in St. Albans VT), I was very h area, and dealing with a lot of the dealerships in the Northeast (Northway Toyota in Latham NY, and then Handy Toyota in St. Albans VT), I was very happy to work with Derek and his team at Heritage Toyota. Derek is not only a great salesperson, but he is also a decent person and totally made myself and my wife who was with me for the initial offer feel comfortable. Compare this to Handy Toyota in St. Albans - where the experiences my wife and I have had in the area were the complete opposite. Derek was able to offer more than what I thought I was going to get for my 2011 Corolla, able to make the numbers work for me, and get me exactly the truck I wanted.
