We had a very pleasant and not too time consuming experience with our sales rep Steve Kemp and our financial rep Patrick Weeks. They were friendly, helpful and not pushy. I went to heritage after my car I share with my partner had yet another mechanical issue after putting 4000 dollars into it this year alone. I had very low expectations since I don't make a large amount of money. Even with COVID precautions everything went smoothly. It took a few hours of waiting and processing but to my disbelief Daniel gave me the keys to my new car! It was exactly what I wanted and everyone worked so hard to make sure I was satisfied. I came back a few weeks later to pick up the mats and a few missing pieces. Overall I couldn't be more pleased or grateful to Heritage Toyota and Daniel. very pleased customer. More
