There are not enough good things to say about our recent experience purchasing a 4Runner at Heritage. We initially went in just to browse as we knew our lease was coming to an end and would want to purchase experience purchasing a 4Runner at Heritage. We initially went in just to browse as we knew our lease was coming to an end and would want to purchase a 4Runner. Matt greeted us in the parking lot and truly listened to what we wanted, not pushing or pressuring in ANY way. He offered to sit down with us just to crunch numbers and help us better determine what we could get. He ended up finding us a vehicle that hadn’t even made it to the lot yet and went above and beyond to figure out what our best option was keeping in mind exactly what we were looking for the whole time. He was a pleasure to work with.. patient, personable, and truly looking out for our specific needs. We highly recommend working with Matt! JT was also fantastic to work with as he was personable, efficient, and quick to help us in the process of buying.
