My Lucky Day I had arranged a test drive by Internet, and when we arrived we were introduced to Derek Blood. He had the car waiting for us and off we went. To make a long story short, Derek worked with us finding just the right vehicle, and then came up the numbers that made us want to buy. I'm 60+ and this was one of the easiest and most pleasant negotiations, and extra kudos to Derek because after we worked out a buy option, we ended up leasing--a first for me. Because of the lateness in the day, we picked up the car the next day, and Derek did a terrific job explaining all the new (to me) safety features and phone/radio options. He further followed up after my vacation to make sure I received the two options that weren't in stock on purchase day. We were happy to work also with Travis Green and meet Conor McQuade. More

Great customer service during a very hard time! I was rear-ended two weeks ago and didn't think my car was going to be totaled. After having to cry and scream at the insurance company to come and lo I was rear-ended two weeks ago and didn't think my car was going to be totaled. After having to cry and scream at the insurance company to come and look at my car (which had been sitting for most of the two week period), they deemed it a total loss and only gave me a week's time with a rental car. I was frazzled, unhappy and anxious. I found a car on this site I was interested in. Alex was so great!! He was so patient, nice and mostly *kind*. I was dealing with very poor customer service so he was just what I needed! He helped me through the process, worked with my very hectic schedule (I'm a graduate student who had little time to go car shopping, especially when it was unexpected), and was so nice when I showed up while he was helping other customers (for which I felt terrible). All around excellent experience! More

They refused to try to help me with a warranty claim for my 2016 Toyota. I went to Heratige and had a 180 degree opposite experience. Matt in service went above and beyond to help me and determined the battery was faulty. He helped me to get fully reemburced for the repair!!! Thank you Heratige Toyota, I will be more patient in my future purchas s, as I want a dealership where the service doesn’t end with the sale! More
