He made appointments, returned phone calls, and made sure we were happy through every step of this process. He went above and beyond to accommodate, and he made the whole process easy, so much so that we bought 2 cars. When it comes time to do this again, we will go to Heritage first, and hope Shawn is still there. More

Smart, helpful and very pleasant! Any auto service center is capable of taking care of a newer car with fewer than 50,000 miles on it. But it takes someone who is progressively knowledgeable about specific vehicles to properly care for an aging SUV with 260,000+ miles on it. I need a service center that is thorough enough to catch nascent problems before they hatch into full blown catastrophic failures. I really don't want to have to call for a tow truck while my family and I are stranded at Smugglers Notch! I also need a Service Advisor who is smart enough to explain issues to me in a way my non-mechanical brain can comprehend. Thank you, Amber. More

Great People, Great Place! I had a bit of a unique situation financially going in to buy my first car (replacing the one I'd learned to drive with as a teenager), but the folks I had a bit of a unique situation financially going in to buy my first car (replacing the one I'd learned to drive with as a teenager), but the folks at Heritage were beyond accommodating! I worked with Tyler Armes, who was extraordinarily helpful, informative, and friendly. He was also able to get me a very fair deal on the car I ended up buying (which people keep asking me if it's new, it looks so good!). Any time I was waiting for him and Francis was around (his desk is nearby), he was friendly and humorous; he always said hi or chatted with me when I was sitting there. Andy also stopped by a few times to ask Tyler questions, and he was extraordinarily friendly and introduced himself even though I was already being helped, which I thought gave him and the dealer a great image! Then, when I went back with Beth to go over the finances, she was upbeat, helpful, and friendly, despite being in on a day she normally should have been off. All in all, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Heritage to anyone! More

He reached out to me via email giving me my options and scenarios for potential decisions. He met with me and presented me with all the run downs of different price points and was able to provide me with the best option. Jason Dillon was so amazing to work with! He ran all the numbers for me and I just had to sit back and relax, He was patient and understanding with my inability to decide on what to do that would work in my budget. We test drove the car together and he provided accurate information on all the changes made to the newer model. He was informative and personable! I felt very comfortable and with his guidance was able to make the best decision for me! I would recommend anyone to him! Jeffrey O'Meara was excellent to work with in the financial department!
