At the Columbia dealers we experienced the typical High-Pressure sales tactics and nonsense plus some inaccuracies on the dealer's own websites regarding the vehicles we were there to possibly purchase. At Herlong we encountered a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Our salesman CJ made us feel at home and worked with us literally all day. He never once pressured us or tried to steer us in any certain direction. We test drove at least 7 vehicles of various types and never once felt like we were a bother or a burden. CJ and Herlong went above and beyond when it came to the vehicle we purchased, making sure that everything was in working order since we were purchasing a previously owned vehicle. He and the rest of the people at Herlong were happy to let us do what we needed to do to find the right vehicle for us. We actually felt good when we got home and the next day had no buyers remorse about the purchase, which is a rare thing, in our opinion. Would highly recommend anyone to buy from Herlong. They have earned our future business and so has CJ. More

I purchased a $70000 truck, 2018 ram, with 48000 miles that within 3 days the ABS light came on I take it back to them and they clear the code and tell me they can't get it to come back on to fix it. I picked the truck up from them and within a mile of leaving the dealership the light comes back on and they are telling me that they cannot service it because it is not a Ford and I need to take it to ram.
