Please be careful at this dealership. I have purchased several cars from them over the past dozen or so years. John McGraw is a con artist. He has cost me several thousand dollars with hi I have purchased several cars from them over the past dozen or so years. John McGraw is a con artist. He has cost me several thousand dollars with his phony salesmanship. The last 3 leases in particular, my lease end paperwork came back with thousands of dollars in unnecessary charges. Mr McGraw swore he would take care of these issues. This never happened. I will NEVER purchase from this dealership again. Mr McGraw, you lost a very loyal customer as well as my wife and daughters business. You should be ashamed of yourself!!! More

Great sales team and management. I walked into Honda Universa on Friday Oct. 28th to find a Honda CR-V Hybrid. Danny Patel met me by the door, asked me what I was looking for, and s I walked into Honda Universa on Friday Oct. 28th to find a Honda CR-V Hybrid. Danny Patel met me by the door, asked me what I was looking for, and showed me a CR-V Hybrid that someone was picking up that night. Once he understood that I was looking for a similar vehicle, he checked the inventory and found a CR-V Hybrid coming in the next few days. We made a deal that night and my car was delivered on Tuesday, Nov 1st! TY! More
