Poor service when your vehicle has a problem. They are nice when you are buying a car but once you get the car and it has an issue they treat you horrible. Poor customer service. The rest of the staff should learn from sales people on how to treat a customer. I will never buy from them again not because i don't like my Honda but because of how i was treated when i had an issue. My rental car was given to me on empty tank of gas and the problem i had was fixed by taping it back together instead of putting a new part on it like they should have. When you spend 27,000.00 at a business you expect to at least be treated respectful and have problems fixed properly. Sad part is i work at a bank and as i was explaining the trouble i was having people already guessed it was Honda of Cleveland because they have had the same bad service. More
