My salesman, Rob Nylund was very accommodating and knowledgeable about Hondas on the whole. I walked in on my way home from work and thanks to Robs efforts, I was out in just a few short hours, about 2-3. In comparison to past car buying experiences, this was much better in the sense that I did not feel like I was pushed or haggled in anyway. Negotiating the price of the car went very smoothly and I genuinely felt like I was given a really good deal. I have never walked away buying a car feeling like I wasn't taken. I am looking forward to the free oil changes which is a huge bonus and not something every dealer offers. I think it says a lot about how they care for their customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and comfortable car buying experience. All very friendly and all very accommodating. Luckily, Kamal was there to help me out! He was very patient and kind and made everything easier. He really helped to get me to a price that I was comfortable with and could afford. Throughout the waiting for the paperwork he kept checking on us and making conversation to make the wait a little faster. Best Buying Experience Ever I used true car through USAA to get price quotes for a new Civic. I received quotes from three local dealers. Each called me with price details. When Honda of Hackettstown called I told them they were not the lowest. The sales person said he would undercut my best offer by $100. He did so we went to purchase the car. In the past I have always had problems with dealers trying to increase the promised price by all sorts of gimicks. This time there were no gimicks. They sold the car at the promised price.
