Purchased a new Honda Civic Sport Easy, Quick No Pressure. We have purchased a few new cars in the past few years and i do have to say this has been one of the better experiences that we have had. We had to buy a new car because my older civic is going to my 16 yr old daughter thus we had to find a new car for my wife, we started looking at Honda of Lincoln because we have had a couple of Honda Civics in the past and we have had little to no problems with them. The dealership had hail come through and damage a lot of vehicles on Easter with our new Civic being one of them, we originally were going to get the new car in June but Stu and the crew got the car fixed much faster than we thought so we decided to pick up the car for my wife's birthday. When arriving we viewed the vehicle and everything was fixed just like we were told and you couldn't even tell that it had any damage previously. Stu was very thorough with everything and Chad Erwin in the Business office made things very easy and quick, Chad is also a very pleasant person to deal with overall we were at the dealership for about an hr an half which was great. We definitely recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Great Customer Service I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Kevin and Zach. I went in with an exact idea of what I wanted and a specific date I neede I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Kevin and Zach. I went in with an exact idea of what I wanted and a specific date I needed it. Even though one was not available on-site, Kevin worked quickly to have a new car delivered to make it happen. He explained in detail the various add-ons I could select. The car was ready for me on the date I needed it and was unique to my requested specifications. Zach presented me with multiple financing options and that information was given to me a week or more in advance, so I had time to review it without being pressured. Kevin took time to answer all my questions and gave a thorough "tour" of the many features both inside/outside of the car to ensure I was comfortable and could take advantage of all amenities. They definitely went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. More

STAY AWAY! REVIEWS ARE FAKE NO NO NO NO NO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! I was in the process of trying to purchase a vehicle from another state. ALEXIS was helping and seemed grea NO NO NO NO NO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! I was in the process of trying to purchase a vehicle from another state. ALEXIS was helping and seemed great. I filled out a finance app but asked him to hold off on it. He said ok. I had another quote from a dealership locally and wanted to maybe work out a better deal.I sent him the quote and... I received no response from him. Then I see my credit was run 3 times! I called the dealership and the receptionist said "oh yea he's right here I'll transfer you to his line." I got transferred to his line. I heard him pick up and hang up! I Called back, and got voicemail. The story speaks for itself! What kind of dealership promotes this kind of disrespect to a potential customer? SOOOO WRONG. GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here. I have NEVER been so disrespected by company before. SLIMY AND DISHONEST !
