It was meant to be When we stopped by last Thursday we weren't planning on buying a new vehicle but wanted to start looking and have the salespeople know what we wanted. Before we got back from a test drive, a dealer had called looking for a vehicle that Lincoln had and they in turn had the vehicle we were looking for. My husband and I both said it was meant to be. Honda is also one of the few dealers I've dealt with that actually reward their customers for loyalty, and their warranty packages are great, especially for those who travel a lot and may need repairs often on their vehicle. The employees at Honda, Chad especially, take on a lot, but you can tell they're working for customer satisfaction, and I've never been disappointed with the end result. Also, bonus points to their repair team. I've never waited for more than an hour for a repair on my vehicle, even when there's a line ahead of me, and I always use their Express Service. More

This dealership overall takes good care of you but had a miscommunication with the salesman this time that seemed like a bigger deal to me than to him.
