It's refreshing to have an honest carsalesman. I've had 3 cars in the past 7 years of my life. Most of my experience at dealerships has been spent by getting ripped off because I'm a young guy and I've had 3 cars in the past 7 years of my life. He takes time out of his personal life to make sure the car I purchased is taken care of. I can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants only the best for them. The finance portion, with another associate, and add ons for warranty was high pressure and didn’t keep us within the budget we had originally set. We walked away confused and unsure if we even received a quoted discount. It would have been helpful had the person walked through the agreed upon price prior to providing quotes for the total with warranty figured into our payments. The whole process of working with one person and then switching to someone else feels like it is done to swindle customers out of more money. While I understand this is how most dealerships work, I didn’t like having to finish the deal with someone different than our original sales person who has established a relationship and earned our trust. More
