We had trouble programming our garage door opener and he took time on a busy Saturday to help us (and even watched a video for us) while trying to walk us through set-up. We really appreciated this! We also worked with Chad Erwin in Financing. He was efficient, easy to work with and took his time explaining our financing options. He tailored a program to fit our needs. We met and worked with Greg Hoag to examine the car and prepare the details of the purchase agreement. He was easy to work with, friendly, very experienced and knowledgeable, and efficient. When it was time to talk finance, Chad Erwin was also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We got the whole process completed in a few hours and were very happy with our purchase experience. Wes Morris Was Awesome to Work With I have never thought about going back to the same car salesman that I worked with previously, (since I started buying used cars), but I definitely wou I have never thought about going back to the same car salesman that I worked with previously, (since I started buying used cars), but I definitely would with Wes. We purchased a Honda Pilot from him back in March 2016. This guy was no pressure, very fair and easy to work with. Not only that, but when we took the SUV back home to Omaha, and it gave out while idling, Wes made sure to have me come in and they fixed it, no charge. They even gave me a nice loaner car to drive back to Omaha while they fixed my SUV. I have never been so impressed with a dealership as I've been with this one. I'll definitely contact Wes in the future when we need to buy another vehicle. He's a natural at working with people and giving a great customer experience! More
