My second new Fit in three years I've been a Honda guy ever since I purchased my very first one, a 1978 Civic Hatchback. Four wheel disc brakes, sporty checkered cloth seats, five-spe I've been a Honda guy ever since I purchased my very first one, a 1978 Civic Hatchback. Four wheel disc brakes, sporty checkered cloth seats, five-speed manual transmission, and it got an honest 40 mpg on the highway. Before I was done with that model, I had owned five or six of them, all but the first being used. Needlessly to say, I loved that car. Those experiences made me a life-long Honda person. Hooked on Honda. When the time came for me to buy my second new car, it was a 2015 Honda Fit EX. It was during this time that I had the pleasure of working with Brian Kreuzberg. I came to find that Brian broke the mold of the typical car salesman. He seemed to be a friend first; that's how he made me feel. I've found him to be a straight shooter, and he frequently went the extra mile in helping me get to know the car. And with some of today's latest technology, that can be a daunting task. I just recently traded my 2015 Fit back to Brian and Honda of Lincoln, and bought a 2018. Same model, different color. In my mind, in dealing with a business (and having one of my own), customer service is everything. Honda of Lincoln, and especially Brian, come through in spades in that category. Working with Spencer Klein in Sales to come to an agreement on the price for a CR-V EX-L with the options we wanted was a great experience. We negotiated back and forth a few times before we arrived at a price that worked for us and for Honda. Spencer was gracious at all times and this was truly a no pressure sale. Thanks Spencer! Next we worked with Caleb Tran for the final non-finance related steps. My wife and I especially appreciated the detailed explanation Caleb provided, walking us through all of the features and settings of the vehicle's safety, navigation, stereo, and other features. Our last vehicle purchase was a Mazda, and Caleb's walkthrough far surpasses what we were given with the Mazda. This was an excellent walkthrough. Thanks Caleb! Finally, we met with Chad Erwin the Finance Director to complete the loan and other paperwork. Chad has many years of experience with Honda financing - and it shows. He clearly and thoroughly walked us through all of the paperwork, patiently answering our many questions, and ensuring we understood each document at every step of the process. Needless to say, this paperwork session was well organized, went very smoothly, and was very professionally done. Thanks Chad! We've bought many automobiles over the years, and my wife and I both agree that this was the very best experience we've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you all!
