We have had very unpleasant experiences buying cars in the past. Our current search was starting off poorly with advertised sales not really being sales, salesman not answering questions directly about t the past. We then decided to try negotiating online. Several email requests went unanswered but the dealers who wanted to sell a car did respond.Jason at Honda Cars of Bellevue showed us from the start that working with him was going to be different. He followed up by phone with us after we had received his price and responded to any emailed question in a timely manner.Not only did he beat the best price we had been offered he showed how his price was even better with no documentation fees and the inclusion of splash guards and nitrogen inflation in the tires free on every vehicle. Still waiting for some ugly surprises when we went to purchase the car we were pleasantly surprised when nothing deviated from our deal and that Honda Cars of Lincoln gives back to the community with every car purchased.Everything that Jason had said was delivered and we left with the vehicle we had chosen.
