He was never pushy, he took the time to get to know me and allowed me get to know him as well, and he was sincerely concerned for my needs and safety. I strung poor Mike along for a couple months because I couldn’t make up my mind but he never expressed any frustration, only gratitude. Once I was ready to pull the trigger I had contacted all the Honda dealerships in Omaha to compare prices and the difference was night and day in the manner in which Honda of Lincoln conducted itself. They were classier, more considerate of my time, and they prided themselves on their customer service. Mike beat all the dealerships in Omaha not only with his prices, but with his personality. I will definitely be recommending Mike O’Donnell and Honda of Lincoln to anyone who is looking to buy a new car, and you can bet I’ll be contacting them when I am ready for an upgrade in Accords. Regular Service and Warranty Service I had a regular oil change plus a new engine air filter was recommended. Main reason for visit was some warranty service done. Best car buying experience I've ever had We've read so many good things about this dealership online and when we decided that our next car was going to be a Honda, we didn't hesitate to conta We've read so many good things about this dealership online and when we decided that our next car was going to be a Honda, we didn't hesitate to contact them to inquire about it. We started out with just an email and was helped by Jason Williams who took the time to answer every question we had with great details. When we finally asked for a price quote Jason came forward with an initial offer that pretty much beat out all the estimate that we have found online and we didn't even bother with trying to hassle with him on the price. The trade in amount we got was also right around where we wanted and within a couple hundreds of the NADA estimate which is very fair in our opinion. We ended buying the extended warranty as well as maintenance care package to protect our investment and getting 0.9 % APR certainly helped with our decision. Scott Barr was great as we'll and made our financing procedure painless and easy, and Jason took the effort to stay more than an hour after closing hours to help us finish the deal and even went through everything on the car with us before we left.
