Heri Gaytan is a great listener, very accommodative and was willing We just bought our 2018 CRV AWD EX-L and are very happy we went to Honda of Lisle. Heri Gaytan is a great listener, very accommodative and was willing to drive to another dealership for 1.5 hours to get the car we wanted, which was not needed at the end as a new delivery of the cars included the car we wanted. Doesn't stand behind batteries. 100 month sticker on the battery is a joke, mine died after 4.3 years and Honda Lisle wouldn't warranty it because I didn't have a receipt from 4 year 100 month sticker on the battery is a joke, mine died after 4.3 years and Honda Lisle wouldn't warranty it because I didn't have a receipt from 4 years ago. If it's a Honda made battery it shouldn't matter where I got it and any Honda dealer should honor it. I get better service and hospitality with my Toyota dealer. More
