I first time I met Doug, it was in early 2014 for service on my 2011 CR-Z. Since then he has seen me through everything from battery trouble, damage from a turkey vulture to recently having to unfortunately on my 2011 CR-Z. Since then he has seen me through everything from battery trouble, damage from a turkey vulture to recently having to unfortunately replace my transmission on my 6 speed. Through all these times Doug worked with me on any discounts and options to help me. I’m very happy with the services I’ve had done at Honda of Ocala. I scheduled appointment for Honda Ridgeline corrosion on rear frame and gas tank supports recall and when i got to the dealership they told me they didn’t have the recall kit in stock. They need to fix the rear frame and gas tank supports recall and when i got to the dealership they told me they didn’t have the recall kit in stock. They need to fix their web site so you can’t make an appointment for this repair if they don’t have the parts in stock. Or at least somebody needs to review the appointment’s and contact the customer’s before they travel and waste their time and gas if the repairs can’t be completed and notify them when the parts are available More

If Rob states it can or cannot be done, I believe him without hesitation. He will and does go way above and beyond the call of duty. I feel lucky to have a service representative that I know is looking out for my best interest and will offer solid and sound advice when I request an explanation for a question about service that I don't understand. I would recommend Rob to any and all, and knows that Honda of Ocala has a stellar employee who represents the company to the highest degree. I have no doubt that many customers are repeat customers because of Rob. I have dealerships close to me, but because of Rob, I continue to have my last 3 Honda’s serviced with Ocala Honda. SALES DEPT - MIKE LEHMAN- I also want to compliment Mike Lehman who sold me my 2021 Honda CR-V. I was having problems getting anyone to call me back although I left several messages with the receptionist. I wanted to get an oil change at the same time of my Auto Butler. So much time elapsed that I couldn't go any longer without an oil change. I called Mike on a Sunday afternoon telling him my oil light was down to 10% and no one would call me back after leaving many messages. He was at home with his family and dropped EVERYTHING to get me set up the NEXT day for an appointment with Rob Young to get my oil changed. Mike told me to call him any time of the day or night if I had a problem and he really came through for me. I can't express, enough, how dependable and helpful he has been in the 1.5 years I've owned my Honda. Thank you, Mike, for everything!!!! He promised to be there when he sold me the car and he has fulfilled that promise. He is very knowledgeable about the product and is an excellent salesman. He convinced me to buy this car because I had vowed to myself that I would NEVER buy a car from Ocala again, having had a terrible experience in 2018. But he got me to do it (I still don't know how he did it) but he's that good! More

Ms. Laquita is very nice. Now, Mr. Mike Lehman! He walked me through buying my lease and purchasing my car. I absolutely love him. He calls me princess and treats me like one as well! I love his honesty, his ability to make me feel comfortable with whatever decision I made. He’s amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. My financial counselor, I believe it was Mr. Steve (please don’t hold me to that name). I know his office is first on the left when you go down the financial hallway. He’s amazing! He looked out for me like no other along with the Finance Manager Mr. Troy. God used Mr. Troy and “first office on the left” worked a miracle for me that I’ll never forget. I live and Gainesville and travel to Ocala for all my car maintenance. Honda of Ocala is a great place to buy a car, and had some amazing staff. I highly recommend them for all your car needs. More
