He listened to my questions and his suggestions were thoughtful and helpful with no pressure. The result: I purchased a new Honda and completed the entire process from decision to driving off the lot in 3 days. Highly recommend Herbie and everyone at Honda of Tenafly. Went in for a test drive but didn't like trim so ask to test a different one. Was basically told you didn't ask about numbers (which I did) so we don't want to let you test drive any cars. Of course I was shopping around and exploring all my options....needless to say, I will not be using this dealerships for sales. I have been going there for three years to service my car... But I would no longer give him any of my business nor would I recommend them to anyone else. More
