My appointment was set for 730 am, there was a line upon arrival and did not check in with Marcel until 747 am, was told I also needed awd oil which felt like I was being upsold as there was little to no in arrival and did not check in with Marcel until 747 am, was told I also needed awd oil which felt like I was being upsold as there was little to no info provided. So the oil change and tire rotation pricing doubled with the addition of this service I was informed was NEEDED. Perhaps it was but the urgency given to it made it seem necessary. I asked about a recall letter for my tail gate and was Informed it was not available and to call back in future when they may have it at unknown date. Service took slightly longer than initially informed but the customer service was descent enough not to be upsetting. Overall an Ok experience but I would not necessarily recommended them. They were alright- with a hint of used sales man energy. Perhaps Honda can train its team on improved customer service or try a bit harder. More
