Eric is a 5star service rep in a dealership that seems to care more about their bottom line than the beat fit for the individual customer. Took car in for maintenance service. Arrived 11:00ish. Eric was on it ASAP, I made a request about how long it would take since I had to pick up Grandson from school at 3:30. Eric calle Arrived 11:00ish. Eric was on it ASAP, I made a request about how long it would take since I had to pick up Grandson from school at 3:30. Eric called me about 2:10pm. Got in, paid bill and was back at Beaches in plenty of time to pick up Grandson! Thank you Honda of the Avenues, only place to deal with cars and service. More
