Jared Pauls was a dream to work with! My wife and I saw the Pilot we wanted, at a great price, on Edmund's. We emailed our interest thru the site (at 8 pm) and Jared called us not 60 seco My wife and I saw the Pilot we wanted, at a great price, on Edmund's. We emailed our interest thru the site (at 8 pm) and Jared called us not 60 seconds later. Turns out the Edmund's price didn't include some dealer add-ons but Jared immediately honored the price. Two days later Jared delivered our new Pilot to us, in Tallahassee no less! The entire process was clean, quick and very pleasant - unlike some local dealers we were working with. We’re going to be needing another new car soon, and Jared and Honda of the Avenues will be our first stop. More

I went in for a timing belt service because I wanted to do it. It is appalling that your mechanic tried to scare me as the customer with well over $7.5k in services saying they were immediately needed. Mos do it. It is appalling that your mechanic tried to scare me as the customer with well over $7.5k in services saying they were immediately needed. Most of the items were absolutely xx and some I have had done not too long ago and thus clearly not inspected and lies. I took the vehicle to you as a dealer “trusting” it would be taken care off, and saw that I was the one that was tried to be taken. Clearly this once again shows that you are in it not for the customer and just want to add on needless work to a car to make as much profit off of uneducated customers. Well, you chose the wrong one this time and I will be telling everyone I know both personally as well as through social media groups about the ordeal. Stealerships are confirmed with your sales tactics. More
