I am senior citizen and did not receive discount on oil change or any discount. When I left the dealership my family looked on internet for me and there were all kinds of discounts and none were offered change or any discount. When I left the dealership my family looked on internet for me and there were all kinds of discounts and none were offered to me at that time of service. I really feel like that was not right because I had asked the man if he knew if any discount because they had given me some before and he said no. They have changed the way to get service at this facility and of course that was an adjustment for me. The boss of the other shop Jimmy was nice and pleasant and always spoke No one came around from management. Next time I will get my oil changed anywhere with a special and not stay loyal to Honda for an oil change. More
