She was great, however, how do you make two appointments only when the time for the appointment comes you do not have the parts needed to fix my vehicle. For the second appointment the part was supposedly only when the time for the appointment comes you do not have the parts needed to fix my vehicle. For the second appointment the part was supposedly ordered under my work order number and I received a phone call saying they had the part, yet on the day of my appointment I get a phone call one hour before the appointment to tell me now they do not have the part. Pretty sure this will be my last time dealing with Honda at the Avenues. More
