Harvey, Thank you for sending in your review, while we understand your frustration; it's not that we won't honor your maintenance program but there are strict rules Honda puts in place for every dealer to follow. The program goes strictly by the maintenance minder. The maintenance minder must be at 15% or less before the vehicle is eligible for the complimentary oil change/tire rotation. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to the rule. I can print out the guidelines for you it you would like a copy. Regarding your driver assist error message, I'd be more than happy to get that taken care of for you. If for some reason we are unable to fix your concern with your vehicle we can absolutely get a Honda field engineer involved. Please give me a call at your convenience.
