Wouldn’t honor the new car service agreement, which covers oil changes for 2 years. Despite being more than 5 months since my previous oil change, despite being over 5k miles since my last change, the covers oil changes for 2 years. Despite being more than 5 months since my previous oil change, despite being over 5k miles since my last change, the company wouldn’t honor Honda’s new car service agreement. They make up a new rule that you must be under 15% oil life. Well those things can be wrong. My system currently has an error message related to the driver assist that Honda couldn’t be fixed after leaving the car with Honda. Three Hondas in a row, four within my family, it will be our last ones. More

The new service director Christa is truly exceptional! She is definitely making positive changes there. I was irate when I came in and she didn’t yell or get mad.
