Johnny and his service was 10/10. He was more than helpful and would be very happy to receive service from him again. Not only did they manage to spend almost 6 hours to complete a 30 minute task, but they also somehow managed to break my inner driver side door handle, and the clips to hold the panel onto the door. I was told that my car will be detailed be Auer every car they service will get detailed and washed. When I picked it up it had greasy fingers all over and was not cleaned at all. Service department slow to respond or no response at all. Had my truck for 3 months and felt they rushed repair. Repair not done properly as problem is still existing.
