After I talked to Mr. Wade (Sales Manager), I was surprised to see his unprofessional & insulted behavior towards us. The phone was on speaker and the whole family was surprised that how the sales manager can speak with their customers. We felt deceive and insulted in this dealership. BE AWARE, there may be some fishy or fraud going on in this dealership to attract the customer with the sold cars with less price and then tell them its sold. HYUNDAI USA must audit them. More

When we first drove up, Samantha came out to greet us and I thought "here we go." Nothing could be further what happened. Samantha listened exactly what we said, showed us the car we had come to look at, had us in a test drive within 10 minutes and looked up another vehicle we had seen on the lot while we were gone. She has us in that vehicle within 5 minutes for a test drive! Such pain-free shopping! Then, Samantha introduced us to Beau. We asked for his best possible price because we just did not want to haggle. We decided to look at whatever number he gave us and, if it was a good number, we would buy. It was a GREAT number. The paperwork took just a few minutes because Samantha is super organized. Everything was approved and we were out the door with our purchase in record time. So vastly different when we have purchased vehicles in the past. Well worth the 90 minute drive we had to make to get there. I highly recommend this dealership. It was smooth sailing from test drive to our drive home. More
