Talked with Leon for a week, or I should say Leon talked to me for a week.Keep telling Leon my credit was not good, but He assured me since I was putting a large down payment no problem. Leon really likes to talk but not about all things I would need in order to get the car. So the time came for me to drive 3 hours one way, with Leon's assurance I could get the car. After getting there it became very clear I had not been told all things I would need to be financed. Not only that but things were left out about the total price. Leon is very nice and friendly but main goal is to turn a sale. Even after him calling me texting me emailing me around 30 times the sale didn't go through because I just wasn't told what all to bring. So what do all people that talk continuous do He blamed another young man who helped me for being to slow, and the finance manager for not wanting to be there and missing a party at his house. I made a long trip for nothing of course Leon promises now after I get him proof of where I work they will ship the car to me. Never once said sorry but did tell me how hard and long his day had been. The young man who helped me whose name I forget but from Ohio was great, and a real pleasure. I believe this dealership is top notch, maybe Leon is if he would stop talking and listen. More
By Far the Best Dealership I've been to I live in Gainesville, Fl. I was driving a 2010 Honda Civic with 78,000 miles on it. I had been to numerous dealerships to try to trade my car in but I live in Gainesville, Fl. I was driving a 2010 Honda Civic with 78,000 miles on it. I had been to numerous dealerships to try to trade my car in but everyone wanted more than what I could afford to pay monthly. I was so upside with how much I owed on my car vs what the dealers would give me that I thought it was hopeless. Until I came across Hyundai of St Augustine. I found a 2012 Sonata with only 14,000 miles. I went ahead and emailed the dealership and Leon responded right away. I told him that I lived 80 miles (1 way) away and didn't want to drive there and waste both of our time if they couldn't help me. Leon got with the finance manager and came back with an offer that was amazing. They even came in an hour before the store opened and on their day off so that I could test drive the vehicle and get back to Gainesville before I had to be at work. I got a newer car, a better finance rate, lower payments, and all the options I wanted. I should've came here a long time ago. It was worth the 2 hour drive to get my car. I am so excited and can't stop looking at my car. More

He listened carefully to what I was look for and put me into the perfect vehicle for me. Was driving a gas guzzler which put a severe strain on my pocketbook. We did all the paperwork on Saturday and I drove away with my new Sonata Hybrid on Sunday. The dearlership, employees, everyone was wonderful. They wanted a win-win outcome. Why do I consider this transaction with Leon the best ? It is due to the fact I could visibly see and understand that he was working as fast as he could to get me out of there as quickly as possible.... He knew this was very important to me and i greatly appreciated him respecting that.... I knew exactly what I wanted and he bent over backwards to make it quickly happen... I fully intend to repeat this process every 2 years.. I hope I get Leon each time.. Jimmy and Wade also assisted in me getting out of there quickly, very thankful for them as well.. Again, the most important thing to me was to not spend one minute longer than I absolutely had to .. And the whole team worked quickly to get me out.. I do realize that might not be as important for everyone.. But, it sure as heck was for me..... He got us a great deal and all done and out the door in record time. Absolutely, no games played. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership for another great experience. We drove 40 minutes south of Jacksonville for this great experience. The day before our experience at a Jax dealership sent us "packing" with a very unfurling experience. We decided to make some phone calls the next morning and were lucky enough to stumble across the fine staff at St Augustine Hyundai. The sales manager, Jimmy, took the time to come out and greet us even before we looked at the cars, Eddie Brooks, finance director, sure knows his numbers. He had us in and out of his office with quickness and accuracy. He got us a great interest rate and all done and out the door in record time. Then of course , the hero of the day, Ray Paez, I don't think there is enough space to recreate our great experience with him. Everything he promised, on the phone, he delivered in person. His outstanding personality was a ray of sunshine! No games were played. He was a genuinely sincere in wanting us to have a pleasurable experience. He went above and beyond to help us with this deal, including delivering the car to us,at our home, the next day so there would be enough time to detail the car properly. My Frosted Daisey I rarely participate in product reviews and I have never named my vehicle but my experience at Hyundai of St Augustine resulting in the purchase of a I rarely participate in product reviews and I have never named my vehicle but my experience at Hyundai of St Augustine resulting in the purchase of a vehicle that literally turns heads necessitated a change. Being a die hard "Chevy girl" the fact that I even entered the doors of another dealership is cosmic, but at the urging of my neightbor I began my research focusing on the Tucson. Ron Copeland introduced me to this dealership providing the needed information and options while alleviating my concerns over the prospect of purchasing a new vehicle. Unfortunately on my second visit Ron was not present, however I had no intention of making a purchase at this time so elicited the assistance of Ray Paez to introduce my husband to the different cars Ron and I had previously viewed. Earlier my husband became intrigued by an Equus but upon seeing the price promptly dismissed it. As Jeff and I prepared to leave we commented on the Equus and how impressive it was. Ray informed us that they had a certified pre-owned 2012 Equus with only 30,000 miles. Our interest peaked and upon seeing this beautiful vehicle that just happened to be my preferred color (White satin pearl with tan leather interior) we began to discuss purchase options. Ray was extremely professional as he acknowledged Ron's envolvement and as he worked with us bringing the cost into an acceptible range. Making large purchases is always somewhat stressful and I must say while I did have a few butterflies Ray's calm, unaggressive demeanor helped to alleviate my fears. Since my purchase I have returned to the dealership with questions and Ray provided the same courteous helpful attitude I experienced with my purchase of "Frosted Daisey". When the time comes for another vehicle I do see Hyundai of St Augustine in my future and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. I wish to thank both Ray and Ron for their professionalism and for truely making me feel like a valued customer. More
