We made two trips for a repair to fix trim that keeps popping of the rear passenger window. We wasn’t home 1 week and it popped off. To long of a wait for service. Just for that we were booked out 3 week More

Sincere apologies? My Santa Fe is still sitting in that shop going on 40 days sincerely. I have a child do in 30 days, no one in upper management has reached out at all, so the customer service or carelessness must trickle down from the top. Anyone who can see and: or read this I would NEVER recommend another customer, or relative to this dealership. I will also be posting this on google reviews. This is carelessness, they’ll call and pester you to buy, but won’t call back to fix your vehicle. I am now sitting at Daytona Hyundai getting my Software update because I don’t even think St Augustine is capable of that when they cannot fix a 2024 Sonata bumper or Order the proper parts for my 2024 Sante Fe. I’ve purchased 3 Hyundais each year since 2023, and this is how “VALUED CUSTOMERS” are treated? I recommend anyone in the St Augustine area go to Toyota (you don’t have to go far trust me) or if you must have Hyundai or love the brand as much as I did, then take the drive to Daytona Hyundai.
