Ms. Baxter, INFINITI of Gwinnett is concerned about your comments regarding the purchase of your lease buyout vehicle. INFINITI Financial Services (not INFINITI of Gwinnett) collects the Lease turn in fee (as stipulated in your contract) and a $75.00 to the Dealership that we pass back to the customer if the customer does not purchase or lease another vehicle from INFINITI of Gwinnett. Your delivery/purchase fees of $2,242.48 includes GA Sales Tax, Electronic Transfer, Dept of Motor Vehicle, Title, and Documentation of which are all standard industry fees. We do not see where INFINITI of Gwinnett has overcharged you for what you call excessive/bogus fees. Further, in this type transaction (customer purchase of their end of lease vehicle), INFINITI of Gwinnett is merely the conduit for the transaction to occur. Respectfully, INFINITI of Gwinnett

I had forgotten and left my payoff quote at home when I went to purchase my vehicle. Per Nissan-Infiniti LT, the payoff amount was 20,356.27, good till December 4,2020. I was charged a pay off amount of 20,732.50 on December 3, 2020. I also was told by a representative of Infiniti Financial Services on 12/3/20 that he's seen the administrative fees around $400. I was charged $699. When I purchased the vehicle, I assumed that you all were charging me the correct payoff amount as I didn't have the quote and couldn't remember it. Please explain why I was charged more than the payoff quote for my vehicle.
