At the time of purchase I noticed the car did not have the extra plastic floor mats that my previous car had. Unfortunately, this part was not available for the car I had purchased. He kept to his word and said he would keep an eye out for what I was looking for. A month later I get a phone call asking if I could stop by because he had found the mats I had asked about. It just shows Velko does care about his customers and will go above and beyond. Thank you Velko for the great experience. More

Great!!!! We had been looking for a particular vehicle for about a month now. We test drove several. This past Saturday we found the Van that we wanted but was treated very poorly by a sales associate not to mention lied to. We left there not sure what we were getting ourselves into. I started looking determined that we were NOT buying anything from him. After a little more research found to same van at Infinity of Gwinnett ... I called and was greeted with a very friendly, knowledgeable voice which was refreshing after having such a difficult day. Jason was able to answer all of my questions and my concerns. We decided to take a chance on Monday and drive the 2.5 hours to GA. We were greeted by a lady sales associate (Clara) in the parking lot that was pleased to help us anyway she could. Jason can to meet with us and was Great from the start. I had tons of questions and he was able to answer most of them and if he didn’t know the answer he had no fluff answer to act as though he did but tried his best to find the answer. That in itself said a lot!!! We had our owen financing so the process was a little quicker but the finance manager ( Sam) was extremely nice, very willing to help. These guys were GREAT from start of Conversation on Saturday til the end of sale on Monday even though they had to stay an hour past their off times. GREAT JOB!!!! Thanks and I Love my Van!!! More
