Easy car leasing experience Had a very bad experience with Garber Honda and their 'star" internet sales guy. What a rude man he is! Went into IDE Honda on Saturday May 6 to lo Had a very bad experience with Garber Honda and their 'star" internet sales guy. What a rude man he is! Went into IDE Honda on Saturday May 6 to look at the new Honda Civic. Spoke to Brad Constantino. He is a friendly, down to earth salesman that is not the typical salesman. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. he listened to what I wanted, he got me a car to test drive and in less than one hour, I had signed the papers for my new Civic. Ken Neufeglise in Finance was also a great guy and very easy to talk to. I picked the car up Monday May 8. I stopped by a couple of days after I picked up my car to ask Brad something and when I walked in, the receptionist remembered me AND the car I got. Definitely a small town dealership feel in this place. I even emailed Rich Ide about something late one evening and he answered me like 1/2 hour after I emailed him!! Amazing! I highly recommend IDE Honda and Brad Constantino. You will be treated politely and fairly and you will not regret your choice! More
Outstanding service, as always! Purchased our first foreign vehicle from Ide Honda in 2003, the Pilot. A friend from Grand Island, NY leased a Pilot from Ide Honda because the Buffalo area dealers didn't give her any respect. Ide Honda made her experience worth the trip. We purchased a 2006 Ridgeline in Nov 2005 and the 2015 CR-V Touring in Nov 2014. We've only had our cars serviced by Ide Honda except for some oil changes at a Honda dealer in Atlanta, GA on the Ridgeline. The service has ALWAYS been outstanding, I enjoy going to have my vehicles serviced by them. They keep my vehicles running great and most importantly, my family safe! Jim Milella has always taken care of our needs with all our vehicles as well as Jim Quadrini, our service Tech. The 2003 Pilot has over 240,000 miles on it and the 2006 Ridgeline has over 201,000 miles on it. I've never had vehicles last like this. I wish Ide Honda would branch out to Atlanta, GA so I can continue to have piece of mind as I am planning to relocate there. I plan to go to Ide Honda to purchase my next new Honda even after I move to Atlanta.The Dealership and its' staff are that good! More
Replace roof molding on 2016 Honda Pilot Believe molding was remover after car wash. I couldn't prove it and thought I would have to pay for replacement. Excellent Service Department The day before my car was scheduled for routine service, it broke down while my partner was driving it. We had it towed to the dealership and Jim Milella provided her with a loaner and had her out the door before I was actually able to talk to him. Jim is friendly, efficient and thorough in all of the interactions I have had with him. My partner said "He's a really nice guy. Everyone should bring their cars here". Thanks Jim!! More

And we all know at the end of the day, everyone is stressed and ready to go home! I was very worried about the diagnosis of my car as I am having financial difficulties right now. My mechanic gave me a list of what I needed in order of priority and didn't pressure me to do any work. In addition, I was given a car so that I would not miss any work.Jim Minella was my mechanic and he was super friendly. When i came to pick up my car, at least 3 people asked if they could help me. Quite honestly, my neighbor and my cousin are both mechanics. I thought that after my car was paid off and my warranty ran out, I would stop going to the dealership.
