Extremely long wait times and no communication. Being a mom with 2 kids and one car it is extremely difficult to make time to get things taken care of when they are in school. I had to pick my daughter up from preschool and I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours without any communication that my car did not even get up on to the lift until an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. I had been looking for cars for a few months. I did a lot of comparing different makes. Cost, features, safety and whatever else you could compare. When I finally decided on the three makes and models I wanted to test drive I searched for dealerships. I chose one dealership for two of the test drives and Ide to test drive the Honda Accord. I'm so glad I went with Ide Honda. Everything about the process was hassle free and stress free. The test drive was easy to set up. Discussing the cost, trade and payments was stressful. Finalizing the deal was easy. Picking up my new car was quick and easy as well. A lot of that had to do with my salesman. If you're thinking about getting a Honda I highly recommend going to Ide and talking to Brad Constantino. Right from the start he had a good vibe. When I was done with the test drive he chatted with me for a couple of minutes and asked if I wanted to see any numbers. Not pushy about it at all. After talking about numbers for a bit I told him I had other test drives scheduled and would make a decision after that. He was understanding of this. Not once did he try to push or force me into a deal. It was very refreshing. When I decided on going with the Accord, which was about a week later, he was quick to respond and get the ball rolling. Just picked up my new Honda Prologue from Ide Honda (this is my 9th Honda I have gotten from Ide Honda). Wow, what a vehicle!! My sales consultant was Brad Constantino and I have to say with this being my f is my 9th Honda I have gotten from Ide Honda). Wow, what a vehicle!! My sales consultant was Brad Constantino and I have to say with this being my first EV, Brad was very thorough walking me through everything about the vehicle at my delivery. I had researched this vehicle extensively before purchase and Brad was still able to show me things I did not know. I have even contacted him since delivery with questions and he was able to answer all of them. I did my financing paperwork with Kiersten Herman and she was great as well!! She balanced professionalism and realism that made me feel like a person and not a number or a dollar sign. After answering all my questions and talking through concerns and details, I was able to sign on a certified pre-owned and get back on the road, and I couldn't have been more secure in my choice with Jen guiding me through the process! I knew taking my car to the dealer would cost a lot and it did just over $1000 but the treatment I got there and the speed at which the car was fixed made the rest of the trauma almost painless. They gave me a ride home the first day (I had planned on waiting) and by the second day had the part in by morning and the car fixed by early afternoon.
