That small “oversight” didn't seem like much to him, but over the life of a loan it adds up to hundreds of dollars out of my pocket.This shows a serious lack of transparency and integrity. If a dealership can’t honor the numbers they promise, how can you trust them with anything else? Be very cautious here—always triple-check the fine print, because a handshake and a salesmans word clearly don’t mean much at this place. More

I'm elderly and just getting used to all the new tech in my HRV, but am loving it's great comfort, handling, and quality which are consistently typical with what I'm used to. My salesman, Brad Constantino (with impressive personality and knowledge), was thorough, thoughtful, patient, and most helpful (I have hearing issues and some disability) in navigating me through the system. He even adapted an arm on the back tailgate, so it opens only to a height I can easily reach to reclose. That professionalism with added courtesies has always been obvious in my service visits as well, so I commend Ide for their quality standards! More
