I went in knowing what car I wanted to purchase and what monthly payment I was aiming for. Rick took the time to drive to me each color car that I was contemplating so I can look in person as opposed to online or in a book. After deciding on color he took the time to understand what I was looking for and actually connect on a personal level, making me feel like I mattered and was not simply just another sale. I had wanted to trade in my suv and had a number that I did not want to settle on. Although he said it was a long shot, he went for it anyway getting me the exact deal I wanted. When the day came to pick up my car he spent time with me and go over everything in my car and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommended him to anyone! In regards to the financials and extended Honda care, I worked with Tony. Again, he took the time to explain every single one of my options and understand where I wanted to be price wise if I decided to add the extended Honda care. Both of these individuals were a pleasure to work with and I know when the time comes for another carb where I will be going. More

Helpful and Patient I had about a dozen experiences where I would enter a dealership and someone would sales right up to me with a sports car or a motorcycle without ever I had about a dozen experiences where I would enter a dealership and someone would sales right up to me with a sports car or a motorcycle without ever listening to me. Will didn't do that. He was very helpful and patient with me. He showed me a few different vehicles, talked to me about specific details, and helped me understand what I wanted in a vehicle better. I didn't end up getting a vehicle from this dealership but my time here did help me get something that was right for me. If you are searching for a vehicle I think Will is good to go to. More

She just showed me the details and let me do the deciding. The CRV was such a no brainer, and now I feel like a fancy person driving this car.
