Thankful for Ide! I recently decided it was time for a new car after having many issues with my old car. Rick was the car salesman that walked through everything with me about leasing and even helped get the loan for my old car paid off so I could sign for a new lease! As a recent college grad, I felt like I was not getting tricked or pressured into making a decision but more of a conversation of what would be the best option for me. Very thankful for Rick's help in getting me in a wonderful car that fits my needs. Richard was also very helpful in the financial aspect of leasing and getting everything squared away. Most dealerships are focused on making the sale and what it will take to complete the deal that day. My experience with Cody and IDE was completely different. We went back an forth about different cars for a couple of days Cody never once talked/mentioned cost. He wanted to make sure I found a car that fit my needs and what I was looking for. After we found the car, we talked about cost and what would fit into my budget. It was refreshing to feel like it was a mutual conversation and not fighting with the dealership. Additionally, It was nice that Cody would check-in with me after the sale to see how things were going and if there was anything he could do. More

My sister and I test drove the vehicle on our own, which gave us the freedom to chat without worrying about what a salesperson was thinking. When we made an offer, he did something I’d never seen before: had me sign that I was willing to buy at that price. Then, he delivered the price we wanted!
