I was so reluctant to start the car shopping process, I went to a few other dealerships in the area some good, some not so good. Ray was amazing and listened to my requests prior to arriving at the dealership. He made the entire experience seamless. He had us in and out of the dealership in two hours. I took my 370Z in for service on Wednesday July 13th. I was told by Alyssa in service that they need to run a 4hr diagnostic. Today is Friday July 15th. I called to find out about the diagnosis. And maybe they would have by the end of the day. This is NOT what I consider to be good customer service. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Jackie Cooper for service. More

I walked in and was greeted within 2 minutes Alex was very friendly and approachable. I found what i wanted in 15 minutes although I didn't let him know that. The process of buying took a while but that didn't bother me since there was some talking and laughing which helped ease the stress. Everything was explained well, it was a really enjoyable experience. Nahid was very thorough explaining contract, warranties etc... Both Alex and Nahid were both fun, courteous and professional.
