Ray was amazing and listened to my requests prior to arriving at the dealership. He made the entire experience seamless. He had us in and out of the dealership in two hours. This car was purchased fo arriving at the dealership. He made the entire experience seamless. He had us in and out of the dealership in two hours. This car was purchased for my daughter and he treated her with respect and as a valued consumer which sold me immediately. As a female going into big purchase situations I'm used to the interrupting and explaining, there was none of this with Ray. I will continue to give him my business when possible! More
I took my 370Z in for service on Wednesday July 13th. I was told by Alyssa in service that they need to run a 4hr diagnostic. Today is Friday July 15th. I called to find out about the diagnosis. And maybe they would have by the end of the day. This is NOT what I consider to be good customer service. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Jackie Cooper for service. More

i had two days to find a car. I was stressed out with the time frame. So i read reviews on Jackie Cooper Nissan and thought I would stop by Jackie Cooper Nissan. I walked in and was greeted within 2 minutes Alex was very friendly and approachable. I found what i wanted in 15 minutes although I didn't let him know that. The process of buying took a while but that didn't bother me since there was some talking and laughing which helped ease the stress. Everything was explained well, it was a really enjoyable experience. Nahid was very thorough explaining contract, warranties etc... Both Alex and Nahid were both fun, courteous and professional. Great job! More
