Have used Jackson Acura service department since I bought my MDX from them in 2015. Always had excellent service and communication. My service manager, Nick Covino always provided excellent service and commu my MDX from them in 2015. Always had excellent service and communication. Yvonne was fantastic with getting me in for repair on my MDX. I was given a new MDX for a loaner vehicle. She kept me informed quite often with updates and estimated time of repair being completed.
