Normally I have no complaints with them but this time I do. My wipers have an intermittent operation issue where they will not shut off or shutoff correctly so I took it in on 7/3. Initially not much was done but Acura couldn’t recreate the problem. I pressed them to do a more thorough review so they ran a diagnostic but still couldn’t create the problem so I paid $200 for nothing. They told me to bring it back the next time it happened (which of course isn’t possible as it’s random and happens after hours). But yesterday the wipers did the same thing: get stuck, will not shutoff and once it does it stops mid cycle on the glass so you have to keep cycling several times to get them in a down position to not obstruct the windshield. My husband was with me and witnessed it last night. Next time I will try to film it as evidence. More
