Last service I worked with Jimbol as the person who I used to work with left. I must say this guy is extremely unprofessional. Initially he told me that the service will take time and I was with my littl used to work with left. I must say this guy is extremely unprofessional. Initially he told me that the service will take time and I was with my little one he said that he will give me a ride home in a cab. Then later after 10 mins he comes talking to the manager as he claimed and said we cant give you a ride as that will be more expensive than the service. I am WTH! Then he took his own time while my car was getting serviced. My little one was getting cranky and the whole service experience was ruined. And if it was not enough he was gossiping with some other customer looked like his friend while my car was ready to drive. I had to interrupt him and he made an ugly face. I would never deal with this guy Jimbol again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! More
