Not my best experience Not great customer service. Additional work needed which could have been done at the time of my initial service. If I had been contacted I would ha Not great customer service. She did try to resolve the issue the next day but that also didn’t happen and never understood why. I had an extremely busy schedule and this caused a lot of additional time on my part. Never felt that the rep understood my concerns or my frustrations and felt the apology was insincere. Also one of the items I requested was not done. Ended up going to another rep out of frustration. Will not schedule another appointment with this rep. More
