I went to get a coffee and the person behind the counter was very helpful and cheerful. Then, as I just sat down in the waiting area, Nick was right there calling my name and we went to his desk. We sat down and he explained what had to be completed on the car and gave me a timeframe of when it would be ready. Before I knew it, Nick was calling me back and letting me know that the car was all ready and cleaned. The Acura service people exceled at completing my car sooner than expected. I had such a pleasant experience that I even called a friend to let her know what a great day I was having because of Nick and his crew. Very bad experience Came for regular service. When I took the car back none of the auto remote functions were working anymore (it was all fine before I handed over the ke Came for regular service. Took the car back to dealership today I was told some parts needs to be replaced and will cost $300 to fix the remote. I told I gave you the car in good condition with no such issue so how can you charge me? You should be fixing it. I was told “Stuff happens”. More
