They even washed my car. While waiting for my car, I looked at the RDX. A salesperson approached me and was very helpful answering my questions without pressuring me to buy. Jackson Acura always seems to find time for me! I had noticed screeching noise toward my left front wheel when breaking or turning left. I went on line at 10 pm to see if I could get an appointment for the next morning. I chose 10 am as I have to head south on GA400 from Cumming. Traffic is always a 'bear' on a weekday morning. I had to wait for tech to check to see what the problem was: front break pads were less than minimum and caliper springs were week (the noise). More

Very good A1 maintenance service, but could be great I had a very good A1 maintenance service done within a few hours, but it could have been great on the finishing touch. Facility was good and have I had a very good A1 maintenance service done within a few hours, but it could have been great on the finishing touch. Facility was good and have good refreshments for the customers. The car generally would receive a complimentary car wash. When I picked up the car the car wash was not done yet. Once, it is done, I still saw leaves on the front floor mat and the rear exterior part of the car was still dirty. It looked like a quick wash and vacuum job were done and obviously not thoroughly cleaned. A good car wash should have been done. The other jobs were completed as expected. More
