Not so pleasant surprise. Vehicle in for routine maintenance and 2 recalls.Staff very prompt. Was told wait would be approximately 2 hours The wait was a little under 2 hours.However,we were on site when the vehicle left the service area.The technician parked the car.We then received a text message stating that the technician was finished and the vehicle was waiting to be washed and would be ready in 20 minutes.We received another text a few minutes later saying vehicle was ready.THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER MOVED from the time the technician parked it until we were told that it was ready. When we got home we found grease on the liftgate from greasy hands where they had to reseal the rear lights(part of recall). This is not what we expected from Jackson Acura. More

Routine service This visit was not typical of what I have come to expect from the service team. After driving in, I had trouble getting anyone's attention, and final This visit was not typical of what I have come to expect from the service team. After driving in, I had trouble getting anyone's attention, and finally a young man did come and take my key and information. He told me to go in and wait, then he disappeared. I sat at a table patiently, totally ignored for well over 5 minutes. I finally asked one of the service reps what was up, and Nick then took me and did a good job from there. Nothing worse than a customer feeling totally ignored at the point of arrival. I am reconsidering whether I'll continue taking my RDX to Jackson. Service quality--while tires were not rotated, it did not appear from the dashboard tire pressure indicator that pressure was checked and adjusted; inflation appeared lower than recommended. More
