Middle of the road review This service center is the closest to me which is why I prefer it but every time I go I never get a call when my car is ready. I end up waiting over t This service center is the closest to me which is why I prefer it but every time I go I never get a call when my car is ready. I end up waiting over the estimated wait time and having to ask when my car is done (the lady next to me yesterday was there for 5 HOURS..). I usually block out at least 3 hours for an oil change just because I have no clue how long it will take. This particular location does not except competitor coupons either as of 5/29/19 per Yvonne so I may try out a different dealer next time. In addition from a past experience - I took my car in for a big problem (power steering was tough and making a noise), I was quoted over 5k for what I assume was everything around the power steering pump which covers the dealership so I completely understand but I was in a panic initialing thinking I had to get a new car because that was just a crazy amount for noisy steering. Long story short - My brother fixed it for $120 in 2 hours.... No dealership will be perfect but this place is ok to get an oil changed at. More

Disappointed this time I usually give an excellent review but this time , in addition to the scheduled service , I made 1 request . I asked that the Rear Wiper blade on my R I usually give an excellent review but this time , in addition to the scheduled service , I made 1 request . I asked that the Rear Wiper blade on my RDX be replaced since the rubber was hanging down from the blade. When I picked up the car , I did not see the black rubber strip so assumed it was taken care of . The following day I used it & the rubber strip was dangling again . This is a small matter but I drive from Dahlonega faithfully for my service appointments. More
